Cancellation Policy

Native Japanese Fluency Online School (hereinafter "the School") has established the following policy regarding lesson cancellations and rescheduling to ensure smooth operation. By using our service, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Deadline for Lesson Cancellation and Rescheduling

Notification of cancellation or rescheduling must be received through the prescribed method (booking system or email) at least 24 hours before the reserved lesson time.

2. Cancellations or Changes within 24 Hours

For cancellations or rescheduling requests received less than 24 hours prior to the reserved lesson time, the entire lesson fee (100% of the cost will be charged) will be incurred, regardless of the reason. In such cases, the lesson is considered consumed, and no refund or transfer will be provided.

(Example: For a lesson at 3:00 PM on October 5th, cancellations received after 3:00 PM on October 4th will be charged the full amount.)

3. Tuition Fee Refunds

Once tuition fees (for single lessons or package plans) have been paid, no refunds will be issued.

If you have any concerns about the content or process of our lessons, we highly recommend starting with the "1-Lesson Plan" (single lesson) as a trial before committing to a larger package plan.

4. Cancellations Due to School/Instructor Reasons

If a lesson cannot be conducted due to reasons attributable to the School (e.g., instructor illness or communication failure), the full lesson fee will be refunded, or the lesson will be offered to be rescheduled free of charge, according to the User's preference.

5. Policy Changes

This policy may be changed without prior notice as necessary. The revised policy will take effect immediately upon its publication on this website.
