Sales Prices and Service Fees
The sales price for each lesson plan is the amount (including consumption tax) stated on the "Pricing Plans" page of this website.
Payment Timing and Methods

Service Provision Timing
Upon confirmation of payment, lessons will be provided via Zoom or Teams at the date and time agreed upon between the customer and the instructor.
Cancellation and Refunds
Regulations regarding cancellation and refunds are subject to the separate "Cancellation Policy" and "Terms of Use." As a general rule, tuition fees paid cannot be refunded.
