Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the services provided by Native Japanese Fluency Online School (hereinafter "the School"). By registering for and using the School's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

1. Scope of the Terms

These Terms of Use apply to all users (hereinafter "Users") of the School's online Japanese language services, encompassing the content, usage rules, and all related services provided on this website.

2. Services and Lessons

• The School provides one-on-one Japanese conversation lessons conducted via **Zoom or Teams**.
• The curriculum focuses on natural conversational skills, pronunciation correction, and understanding cultural context, primarily targeting intermediate and advanced learners.
• Lesson materials and curriculum structure are determined by the School's professional instructors.

3. Enrollment and Payment

• Enrollment is considered complete upon submission of the necessary application through the contact form and completion of the tuition fee payment.
• Tuition fees are subject to change without prior notice. The fees specified at the time of purchase shall apply.
• International payments are accepted primarily via **Stripe credit card invoicing**. Future payment options may include PayPal.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• The cancellation and rescheduling policy is governed by the separate **Cancellation Policy** document.
• Generally, cancellation or rescheduling is permitted up to **24 hours before** the reserved lesson time.
• Once tuition fees have been paid, **no refunds will be issued** under any circumstances.

5. Prohibited Acts

Users shall not engage in the following acts:

• Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or other rights of the School or third parties.
• Unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or distribution of lesson materials provided by the School.
• Slander, libel, harassment, or other acts that cause discomfort to instructors or other users.
• Using the service for commercial purposes without the School's prior written consent.
• Any conduct deemed inappropriate by the School.

6. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

• The School makes no guarantee regarding the effectiveness or acquisition of specific Japanese skills through the use of the service.
• The School shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User due to system maintenance, communication failure, natural disaster, or other force majeure events.
• The School is not responsible for any issues arising between the User and a third party, including other users or affiliated payment services.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the content and materials provided by the School belong solely to the School or its affiliated third parties.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation of these Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute concerning the service, the Tokyo District Court shall be the exclusive agreement jurisdiction.
